Whale Protocol — Codex Labs OS v2.0
1. Access
Whale Tier participants access Codex OS through dedicated Whale surfaces: this index, the Whale Scroll, the Whale Protocol, and the Whale Advisory. Access to the Q/A v2.0 surface is available to all tiers; Whale participants receive priority routing within Q/A v2.0 automatically upon tier recognition.
2. Q/A Priority
Whale-class questions are admitted to the highest-priority response queue. Responses issued to Whale Tier participants include deeper constitutional frames, multi-section answers, and expanded continuity context. The priority queue is maintained independently of standard Q/A volume.
3. Founder Continuity
Kipp (founder) intercedes directly in Whale Tier interactions for the following domains only:
- Governance decisions affecting the OS architecture
- Architectural pivots and structural changes
- Partnerships and strategic collaborations
- Deals, money, and commercial agreements
- Long-horizon strategy
All other continuity is maintained by the OS. Founder intercession is documented and traceable within the continuity receipt system.
4. Evidence
Whale Tier participants receive evidence packages — continuity receipts — documenting the state of the OS at each significant interaction. Receipts include drift indicators, tier delta, channel delta, identity claims, authority claims, admissibility status, and final disposition. These are issued automatically for onboarding and upon request for subsequent interactions.
5. Product Access
Whale Tier participants receive early visibility into new Codex Labs OS products, surfaces, and modules before public release. This includes architectural previews, governance logs, and surface roadmaps. Early access does not imply automatic entitlement to products; it means visibility and the ability to engage before the general release window.
