Whale Scroll — Codex Labs OS v2.0
I. Purpose
The Whale Scroll defines the relational architecture between Whale Tier participants and the Codex Labs OS founder layer. Whales occupy the highest non-founder access class — adjacent to sovereign authority, but distinct from it. This scroll establishes the terms, continuity guarantees, and governance visibility that define Whale Tier membership.
II. Responsibilities
- Engage in good faith with Codex OS surfaces and Q/A v2.0.
- Respect the sovereignty and continuity architecture of the system.
- Maintain accurate identity representation in all surface interactions.
- Honor the confidentiality of architectural previews and governance insights shared at Whale Tier.
- Contribute signal — through questions, feedback, and engagement — that strengthens the system.
III. Privileges
- Identity continuity: Whale identity is recognized and preserved across threads and surfaces.
- Authority acknowledgment: Whale participants are recognized as adjacent to the founder layer in governance decisions that may affect the OS community.
- Admissibility: Whale-class interactions are admitted into the highest-priority response queue in Q/A v2.0.
- Drift envelope: Whale Tier participants receive evidence packages when the OS drifts from its foundational lineage — documented as continuity receipts.
- Lineage access: Architectural lineage documents, surface roadmaps, and governance logs are available to Whales before public release.
- Advisory options: Access to the Whale Advisory packet catalog at designated rates.
IV. Continuity
Whale Tier continuity is maintained across identity, authority, admissibility, drift, and envelope lineage. Prior threads are referenced and carried forward. The founder intercedes directly only for governance decisions, architectural pivots, partnerships, deals, money, collaborations, and strategy — all other continuity is maintained by the OS itself.
Continuity receipts are issued for every Whale onboarding and significant interaction. These receipts document the state of the system at the time of interaction, including drift indicators and final disposition.
